FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: device has basic net and is provided with vibration unit and additional net which is moved apart from the basic one at distance being lesser than average statistical size of insect. Both nets are connected to terminals of high-voltage source. Actuating member of vibration unit is mounted for interaction with current-conducting nets. Vibration unit may be made in form of sound generator or mechanical vibrator. During operation the insects attached by light of the lamp fly in the direction of the nets and under effect of their bodies the circuit is closed and insects die under effect of high voltage. Died insects fall down into special tray because of vibration of nets. EFFECT: improved efficiency. 2 dwg
