FIELD: hydraulic engineering; development. SUBSTANCE: openings 3 are made in underwater part of breakwater wall from seaside. Openings communicate with sea water sprayers and organ tubes by means of curved water conduits 5 narrowing to top side. Impellers provided with generators are disposed inside individual water conduits; impellers are connected to different color lamps onto organ tubes. At sea-way, water enters sprayers at increasing speed through water conduits 5 narrowed to their top surfaces. Water is sprayed at human's height level and induces sounding of tubes 7 and glowing of lamps. EFFECT: improved comfort for people staying close to breakwater wall. 4 dwg
