FIELD: machine engineering. SUBSTANCE: tested sample in form of turbomachine disk with stress concentrator is installed in the vacuum chamber. It is accelerated at operating rate and on reaching the minimal predetermined speed of rotation the disk is started to heat varying continuously the temperature and stresses in the section with stress concentrator, hub and rim parts of the disk. Distribution of the temperatures over the disk radius is also varied up to reaching maximal permissible stress in the section with stress concentrator. When the crack appears on the sample, the speed increases to limit permissible one and the test is conducted up to reaching the critical length of the crack. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of test. 1 dwg
