FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: this process for manufacture of vascular xenotransplants from bird tracheobronchial tree segments prescribes treating these with enzymes and tanning agent, and then treating them by 2 to 10-percent NaCl solutions during 30 to 35 h first before and then after enzymatic treatment. Disclosed method further prescribes using terrilitin for enzymatic treatment during 4 to 6 h at temperature of 40 to 45 C, consuming 40 to 50 reduced units of enzyme per 1 g of dry tracheal matter, freeing prosthesis surfaces of muscular structures after second salt treatment, and then treating resultant product by 0.25 to 0.5-percent solution of glutaric aldehyde during 24 to 30 days at temperature of -4 to +10 C with daily replacing solution. EFFECT: greater resilience and biological stability of xenotransplant and lower antigenicity with preservation of natural strength. 1 tbl
