FIELD: safeguarding and moving along a string. SUBSTANCE: device has a body provided with a handle and a pivot fixed on it. Spring-loaded lever with a recess for string is installed on the pivot to be turned. The lever is provided to be made as two-beam one with short and long beams. A bearing plate is installed on the body. The plate end facing short beam of the lever has semi-cylindrical groove. A turning cover is placed on the pivot.
