SUBSTANCE: apparatus has base formed as petal and provided with openings for receiving main and auxiliary safety carbines, with openings of main and auxiliary safety carbines being aligned. Longer arm of double-armed lever has slot where roller is mounted for rotation on fixed shaft. Double-armed lever is arranged relative to supporting shoe so that it may be stopped on line connecting center of carbine receiving opening with point of intersection of axis of symmetry of carrier shaft with base point. Carrier shaft has central blind opening. Detachable lowering handle is made in the form of plate to which cylindrical shaft and cylindrical T-shaped stop are rigidly attached. Stop is positioned on short arm of plate, which is mounted so that cylindrical shaft may rotate in blind opening. EFFECT: wider operational capabilities and convenient usage. 7 dwg
