FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises two parallel cheeks with cam and lever. Said cam is composed by two rollers and articulated with said cheeks related with rope locking system. Said cam comprises eccentric part arranged to press the rope to braking surface when said cam runs towards braking surface. Tope locking system comprises ratchet gear composed of rim with inner teeth and pawl. Said rim is rigidly secured inside said cam. Pawl is fitted inside said rim to engage at rope release and disengage at rope clamping. Said ratchet gear is provided with cover to support the thrust rigidly fitted thereat. The case is composed by disc with extra thrust to transfer motion from said cam to pawl body. Pawl body is engaged via extra spring with cam inner space and via second extra spring with said pawl. Handle is arranged at said cheek to contact with ratchet gear cover thrust via offset bearing.
EFFECT: enhances applications of ropes, smooth and uniform lowering.
