FIELD: ferrous metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: charge material has iron-containing and mineral components which were taken at the following ratio, wt.-%: iron-containing components 60-93; mineral components 7-40. Iron-containing components have the following chemical composition, wt.-%: carbon 2.2-5.0; manganese 0.2-1.2; silicon 0.5-3.0; phosphorus 0.04-0.14; sulfur 0.008-0.07, and iron - the rest. Mineral components have the following chemical composition, wt. -%: CaO 40-43; SiO2 38-42; MgO 7-9; Al2O3 8-11; MnO 0.1-0.4; FeO 0.23-0.3, and S 0.7-1.3. Charge material can has additionally graphite at the following ratio of components, wt.-%: mineral components 7-38; graphite 0.2-3.5, and iron-containing components 60-92.8.
