FIELD: chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: polymerization of butadiene-1,3 is carried out in carbon solvent in the presence of catalytic system formed by the successive addition of triisobutylaluminium solutions (1.2-2.4 mmole/100 g butadiene) to monomer solution and mixed iodochloro-containing titanium tetrahalogen at amount 0.15-0.30 mmole/100 g butadiene in the presence of chloroform (concentration is 0.45-2.0 mmole/100 g butadiene). Chloroform is added before catalyst components addition or after triisobutylaluminium addition or after 0-60 min of both catalytic components addition. Method is used for high-molecular stereoregular cis-polybutadiene synthesis. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis. 1 tbl
