FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: transducer has cap-shaped membrane 2 provided with additional membrane 3 mounted on the first one. Cavities are made inside the membranes where thermo-insulating material is located. Depth of cavity between the membranes is chosen from specific relation, which takes into account temperature of current point and place of closing of cap-shaped membrane. After case articles provided with cavities are made, the cavities are filled with thermo-insulating material. Articles are joined together simultaneously and heated till temperature determined by specific relating which takes into account melting point of thermo-insulating material and melting point of articles of the case.
