FIELD: pressure forming of products. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of surface plastic deforming of microrelief of a surface in a cutting fluid medium, the cutting fluid includes copper containing fillers, copper oxide reducers and reducers of oxides of a material of a part, being worked; performing working operation in a medium of argon, carbon dioxide or their mixture for generating acoustic oscillations in a stream of this mixture frequency range 0.8-20 kHz; feeding a protective agent to a working zone by directed jets. A tool for plastic surface deforming has a body, an annular chamber with deforming members and a device for accelerating the deforming members, being in the form of a rotor, magnetic field source, a drive unit for the rotor. The magnetic field sources are secured to an end surface of the rotor at a level of the annular chamber. The tool has a device for agitating the cutting fluid in the form of a guiding tube with an annular slot, a rest with a braking cylindrical chamber and a pointed cone-like end surface, output ducts. The annular slot of the guiding tube, the braking cylindrical chamber, the pointed cone-like end surface are mounted coaxially with a lengthwise axis of the tool in a rotating cavity, provided in the body of the tool. The pointed cone-like end surface of the rest is directed towards the guiding tube; the output ducts connect the above mentioned cavity with atmosphere. A lengthwise axis of the output ducts is directed to a circle of arrangement of species of the deforming members. Such structure provides increased intensity of copper containing film formation. EFFECT: enhanced quality of working due to continuous agitation of cutting fluid components, intensified copper reduction and elimination of oxides formation on a surface of parts. 3 cl, 3 dwg, 1 tbl
