FIELD: surface plastic deformation. SUBSTANCE: invention may be used for strengthening treatment of holes in low- rigidity parts of machines. This tool incorporates rotor, ring cheeks forming annular chambers, sources of magnetic field uniformly arranged on periphery of rotor in area of annular chambers and deforming members. Number of sources of magnetic field in adjacent annular chambers is identical and sources of magnetic field in adjacent annular chambers are in succession turned relative to each other through angle which value is determined by certain formula. This makes it possible to diminish distortion of parts which results in increased precision of treated parts in longitudinal and lateral sections. EFFECT: increased quality of treatment. 4 dwg
