FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has nozzle 3 and ionizer with two electrodes. The ionizer is received in the nozzle. The nozzle is connected with the system for supplying lubricant-coolant. One of the electrodes is needle. The device is provided with a ring electret mounted inside pressure-tight housing. Walls of the housing, which are in contact with charged surfaces of the electret, are made of water resistance and current conducting material. Walls of the housing, which are in contact with non-charged surfaces, are made of dielectric material. The needle electrode is coupled with negatively charged surface of the electret through the wall. The second electrode is constructed as a radial blade machine with blades made up as sharp plates arranged in the same plane as the needle electrode. EFFECT: enhanced cooling. 1 dwg
