FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has juice separating device, pump, filtering device, clarified raw material vessel and pipeline system. Filtering device has casing incorporating ultrafiltering member formed as body of rotation and provided with drive. Pipeline system has pipeline for supplying unclarified raw material from juice separating device to filtering device, pipeline for discharging sediment from filtering device to juice separating device and pipeline for discharging permeate from filtering device into clarified raw material vessel, which is communicated with ultrafiltering member cavity.
