FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has horizontal tank with mixing mechanism, made in the form of ferromagnetic material worm feeder with left side and right side winding and flights of triangular form shape in cross-section. In the case, pitch and angle of flights inclination to axis of worm feeder are decreasing and angle at top of flights is increasing in directions of product movement to discharging branch pipes, located in lower part of tank. Engagement to each other and flights of worm feeder two geared wheels, made of nonferromagnetic material, are mounted directly under loading branch pipe in middle part of tank. Apparatus has four pairs of electromagnets with polar tips and control windings, connected with direct current source through switch and resistor, and automatic control system. Electromagnets are fixed on outer wall of tank in the plane, that is perpendicular to its axis. Wall of tank is made of ferromagnetic material and is divided for parts by two nonferromagnetic rings, mounted between neighboring pair of electromagnets. Parts of tank in direction of product movement to discharging branch pipes have smaller inner diameter and two pairs of electromagnets are located in corresponding parts of tank smaller diameter. grinding ferromagnetic members, made in the form of lengthened prisms with base and height decreasing in directions of product moving to discharging branch pipes, are mounted in tank.
