FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: electromechanical device has a vertical vessel defined by two hollow cylinders intersecting along the axis and provided with a cooling jacket. The vessel is provided with balls made of ferromagnetic material and with two mixing shafts with helical plates of nonmagnetic material disposed such that the helical plates are in staggered arrangement. The electromechanical device furthermore has rectangular electric magnet with sectionalized control winding located outside the vessel in its middle portion. The electric magnet is provided with horseshoe pole-pieces diametrically disposed such that each of them overlaps in corresponding cylinder a half wall circumferentially, the overlapped portion of the wall being made of ferromagnetic material through the whole height.
