FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: chocolate mass processing electromechanical device has vertical cylindrical reservoir made of non-magnetic material and provided with charging branch pipe in center of bottom and discharging branch pipes at side surface of bottom; device has also electromagnetic and grinding ferromagnetic members made in form of balls. Cylindrical cover of reservoir is made of ferromagnetic material and it has circular slot at side of reservoir working space. Slot accommodates unipolar winding connected with control unit. Cover has also ferromagnetic rod rigidly secured at side of reservoir working space along its axis. Rotor is made in form of cup pointed by its cavity towards rotor, with holes on side surface in its upper part. Diameter of holes is less than diameter of grinding members. Outer surface of rotor and inner surface of reservoir are provided with closed circular grooves located across side surfaces and forming channels for non-ferromagnetic balls whose diameter increases in direction of product travel. Distance between centers of adjacent channels is 1.5 of sum of radii of balls placed in channels, and width and depth of grooves are equal, respectively, to 1.5 and 0.25 of ball diameter.
