FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: device has a ring-shaped container fabricated from some non-ferromagnetic material. The container is provided with loading and unloading branch pipes. In the container there is a ferroelastic spiral-shaped rotor with its ends linked to the device drive. The container also has cylindrical ferromagnetic crushing tools decreasing in size in the product movement direction. Outside the container there are C-shaped direct current magnets, each connected to a switchboard for changing the polarity and increasing current from the first to the last magnet.
