FIELD: confectionery industry. SUBSTANCE: device comprises a vertical cylindrical container with a cover, upper loading and lower unloading pipes accommodated in the side wall of the container, and ball-shaped grinding bodies of a ferromagnetic material. Accommodated in the container is a rotor with two discs of a nonmagnetic material; the lower disc is stationary and is provided with pins of a nonmagnetic material, mounted parallel with the container axis at its side wall while the upper disc has a ring-shaped magnetic core, is provided with nonmagnetic guides secured at the side of the cover parallel to the disc, is connected by springs with the cover and is capable of moving along the rotor. The cover has holes for the passage of the upper disc guides. Disposed in the middle part of the container side wall and in the slot in the middle of the rotor are adjustable current control windings connected with the automatic control system for delivery of pulsating power supply at a preset frequency and force of pulses of the constant-sign current.
