SUBSTANCE: this holder incorporates housing, heart valve prosthesis fixing mechanism, suture thread fixing mechanism, suture thread needle holder, and collet chuck mechanism for holding heart valve prosthesis fixing mechanism which includes housing having shank at its one end and threaded attachment fitting at its other end, detachable head connected to threaded end portion of attachment fitting, and plunger positioned for being extended from housing, setting apart lugs of detachable head and interaction with button.
