FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and can be used in cardiac surgery. Aortal prosthesis of heart valve contains locking element in form of three flexible petals 1, connected to each other by comissures 2, elastic cuff 3 for hermetic connection of prosthesis to fibrous ring, element 4, located near base 5 of valve, for its connection with fibrous ring, element 6, located near top 7 of valve, for its connection with aorta. Cuff 3 is provided with rigid frame, containing two adjoining to each other with butt end surfaces rings 8 and 9, forming hole for installation of element 4, located near base 5 of valve. Ring 8 is made closed, and ring 9 is made dissected. Ring projection 11, which forms support surface 12 for rigid ring 4 near base 5 of valve, is made on internal surface 10 of closed ring 8. Two stops 13, projecting above elastic surface of cuff 3 are made on opposite ends of dissected ring 9 in zone of dissection. Element 6, located near top 7 of valve, is made in form of ring, connecting comissures 2 of valve.

EFFECT: invention simplifies procedure of prosthesis implantation and reduces risks of its damage.
