FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: product - oxazinone of the formula (I) , where R1 - phenyl, 1- or 2-naphthyl, C1-C6-alkyl, tert.-butoxy-group; R2 - phenyl, 1- or 2-naphthyl, C1-C6-alkyl or para-methoxyphenyl; R3 - hydroxyl-protecting group such as ethoxyethyl and taxol also. Reagent 1: oxazinone of the formula (I) . Reagent 2: 10-7-O-triethylsilylbaccatin. Process conditions: in the presence of activating agent, for example, tertiary amine, and conversion of prepared beta-amidoester by acid action to the end product. Synthesized compounds were used in medicine. EFFECT: simplified process of taxol synthesis using easily acceptable parental compound - oxazinone.
