FIELD: organic chemistry of natural compounds. SUBSTANCE: invention describes novel taxanes of the general formula (I) showing pharmacological activity where S_K can mean the group -OC(O)CHOHCH-; R¹ can mean hydrogen atom or C₁-C₁₀-acyl; R² can mean α-OH; R³ can mean C₁-C₁₀-alkoxy-group and free hydroxy-groups in structure (I) can be further modified functionally by esterification. Invention describes also method of their synthesis and drug based on thereof. Except for enhanced stability of microtubules, compounds of the formula (I) show additional effect on the process of tubulin polymerization and can be used for treatment of patients with malignant tumors.
