This compound has a formula (I): where R₂ means hydrogen atom, hydroxyl group that can be protected; R₃ and R₄ mean independently hydrogen atom, hydroxyl group or protected hydroxyl group; R₅ means R₁₀ or -OR₁₀; R₆ and R₇ mean independently hydrogen atom, alkyl or aryl; and R₁₀ means alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl or aryl.
