FIELD: ferrous metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: complex reactant addition has limestone and/or dolomite and manganese-containing material. New thing in the process is, that manganese sinter or manganese ore is used as manganese-containing material and shares are taken according to following ratio, in mass % : manganese sinter or manganese ore - 50 - 90, limestone or dolomite - 10 - 50. In the case, manganese sinter or manganese ore have following composition, mass %: manganese oxide 23-49 / 20-39, iron oxide 5-26 / 10-17, calcium oxide 4-7 / 3-5, magnesium oxide 1.7-2.5 / 1.3-2.0, silicon oxide 18-27 / 19-24, the rest - aluminum oxide, phosphate oxide and sulfur.
