FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: extractor comprises chamber 1 for mixing suspension with acid and chamber-conditioner 2 interconnected through a mixing device for intensive mixing interacting fluids in extraction. The mixing device is constructed as axially alined nozzles 3 and 4 provided respectively in bottom 5 of the chamber- conditioner and in cover 6 of chamber 1. The screw cuts of opposite directions is provided in the inner and outer surfaces of nozzle 4 for supplying initial suspension mixed with acid. The cuts are used for swirling streams of heated agent (vapor) and reaction mixture respectively. Chamber 1 and 2 are arranged inside vapor chamber 9 and mounted with a spaced relation to each other. The space can be controlled in the vertical plane by changeable spacers 10. The extractor has connecting pipe 11 for supplying reaction fluid, connecting pipe 12 for supplying acid, connecting pipe 13 for supplying heat fluid, and connecting pipe 14 for discharging reacted fluid after extraction.
