Raw is saccharified with the natural enzymes, heated to 60-70 C and acid hydrolysis is carried out at this temperature at pH = 1-3 for 1-1.5 h. Then enzymatic hydrolysis is carried out with a mixture of enzymes: amylosubtilin, glucavamorin and protease. Hydrolyzate is neutralized up to pH = 6-7.5, concentrated by evaporation, mineral components were added and dried. EFFECT: improved method of preparing. 1 tbl
