FIELD: production of lacquers, enamel and resins. SUBSTANCE: method involves interaction of magnesium with mixture of chlorbenzene and organosilicon monomer in the presence of activator followed by hydrolytic condensation and distillation of solvent. Said condensation is carried out in medium of organic solvent in the presence of butanol. Mixture of tetraethoxy silane and vat residue of direct synthesis of methylchlorsilanes is used as mentioned above organosilicon monomer, volume ratio of these ingredients being 6.67: 0.10-5.57: 1.20. EFFECT: decreases expense of tetraethoxy silane, increases efficiency of the process. 2 tbl
