FIELD: electronics. SUBSTANCE: process of manufacture of solar batteries includes group formation of solar elements on silicon substrate, strong coupling of silicon substrate with solar elements formed on it with second silicon substrate, division of first silicon substrate into individual solar elements, separation of both silicon substrates into individual blocks of solar elements and electrical inter connection of contacts of solar batteries. Interconnection of silicon substrates is conducted with dielectric gap between them. Thickness of second silicon substrate is made equal or larger than thickness of first substrate. Substrates are interconnected with the aid of glass-cloth ribbon impregnated with epoxy compound. EFFECT: facilitated manufacture, enhanced operational efficiency. 2 dwg, 3 tbl
