Abstract RU 2035100 C1

FIELD: electronic devices. SUBSTANCE: gas mix in laser is excited by microwaves, device has wave guide having side branches for input and output of microwaves through dielectric windows. In addition device has devices which reflects microwaves with optically transparent windows. Volume closed by wave guide walls, reflecting units and windows for input and output of microwaves is filled with gas mix. Ratio of cross section area of reflecting unit to area of wave guide cross section is no less than 20%. Rejecting filter and beyond cut-off wave guide are used as reflecting units in different claims of invention specification. EFFECT: increased output power of gas laser. 4 cl, 4 dwg
