The resulting emulsion is fluffed and mixed with top grade quality flour. The dough is spread on the baking tray and baked to produce wafer sheets. The ingredients are (mass %) melange 2.50-2.56, kvass wort concentrate 3.3-3.4, vegetable oil 0.70-0.74, table salt 0.50-0.56, sodium bicarbonate 0.29-0.30, phosphatides 0.49-0.50, top grade quality wheat flour - the rest.
