FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, equipment for thermal treatment of liquid media with solid dispersed phase characteristic of low strength of particles. SUBSTANCE: line has vessel, feeding pump, holder, pressure stabilizer for stabilizing pressure in holder, and vapor separating chambers. Pressure stabilizer has centrifugal pump with tangential channel connected to holder and axial channel connected to vapor separating chamber. Thermally treated product is fed into pressure stabilizer via its tangential channel and is further moved from periphery to central part of pressure stabilizer. As a result, pressure is reduced and vapor is released from boiling product with following cooling of this product. Such construction reduces mechanical action upon dispersed phase of product. Mechanical action normally occurs due to flash self-evaporation of liquid phase, when pressure is reduced. EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved quality of product due to reduced mechanical action upon it, since boiling process is not characterized by flash. 2 dwg
