SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biotechnology and can be used for brucellosis prevention, particularly to methods for producing protective antigens. The method provides cultivation of a bacterial mass on a solid nutrient medium. The prepared bacterial mass is washed free from ballast substances with physiologic saline and centrifuged at 6000 rpm for 30 minutes. Then the bacterial mass is resuspended with distilled water in ratio 1:5. A solution containing alkali and polycation presented with N-N-dimethyl N-N-diallylammonium chloride in equal volumes is prepared. The produced cell suspension is mixed with the prepared solution and kept at temperature 2-6°C. The prepared suspension is washed with distilled water, and then centrifuged 6000 rpm for 30 minutes.

EFFECT: invention allows producing a high immunogenic compound not complicating brucellosis diagnosing.
