FIELD: optical industry. SUBSTANCE: slots are cut in monocrystal plate and radioactive nuclei are introduced into the plate. After diffusion introduction of radioactive nuclei the slots are filled with matter being proof to chemical etching. Radioactive layer is etched away from the surface by chemical method. EFFECT: improved reliability; improved efficiency.
