FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: fat-containing, protein-containing and carbohydrate-containing food products are dried, mixed with mineral addition and ferment - pancreatine - "Flocozim". Then the mixture is ground and pasteurized by impregnating it liquefied gas at a higher-than-atmospheric pressure, which is then relieved to atmospheric level. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
