FIELD: cutting metals. SUBSTANCE: cutting tool is provided with the supplying pipe line positioned in the polymeric insert along the cutting tool axis. A liner arranged under the cutting plate has main groove which passes through the top of the liner positioned under the top of the cutting plate and additional grooves connected with the main groove.
