FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: product: 3-acyl-2-oxoindole-1-carboxamides of the formula (I) where X and Y - H, Cl, F; R′ - 2-thienyl or benzyl; R - C2-C10-alkanoyl, C5-C7-cycloalkylcarbonyl, C7-C10-phenylalkanoyl, chloro- or methoxy-benzoyl, thenoyl, omega-C1-C3-alkoxycarbonyl-C3-C5-alkanoyl, C2-C10-alkoxycarbonyl, phenoxycarbonyl, 1-C2-C4-acyloxy-C1-C4-alkyl, C1-C3-alkylsulfonyl, methylphenylsulfonyl or di-C1-C3-alkylphosphonate. Reagent 1: compound of the formula (II) or (III) where X, Y, R1 have indicated meanings; R - 1-(C1-C5-alkoxycarbonyloxy)-C1-C4-alkyl. Reagent 2: compound of the formula (III), where R has indicated meaning. Reaction conditions: interaction process of compound of the formula (II) with equimolar quantity of compound of the formula (III) is carried out in chloroform medium in the presence of triethylamine, and interaction process of compound of the formula (II) with 3-4-fold molar excess of compound of the formula (III) is carried out in acetone medium in the presence of alkaline metal carbonate.
