FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes preparing blood smears colored by Gims-Romanovski method for calculating leukocytic formula, studying these blood smears by method of phase-contrast microscopy to detect luminous erythrocytes which point to the fact that test subject has malignant tumors, or examining blood smears in moist chamber in vacuum, and revealing neoplasms in the form of nondifferentiated cells and noncellular structures that attest to the presence of malignant tumors in organism. EFFECT: simplicity, cheapness and obviousness of disclosed method permit using it for mass prophylactic medical examination and revealing malignant tumors at earliest stages, which is of critical importance for taking timely curative measures. 1 tbl
