SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to laboratory diagnostics, and can be used for thrombocyte staining after exposure to ultrasound. That is ensured by preliminary processing of blood samples in vitro with modulated ultrasound with duty ratio 2, intensity of 0.05 W/cm2 for 30-40 s, or intensity 0.2 W/cm2 for 20-35 s, or 0.4 W/cm2 for 15-30 s, or 0.7 W/cm2 for 15-20 s with any modulation frequency modulation frequency range from 10 to 30 Hz or with modulation frequency 800 Hz and carrier frequency 880 kHz, as well as ultrasonic with carrier frequency 2.64 MHz, intensity 0.4 W/cm2 for 15-30 s in pulsed mode with subsequent blood smear preparation and their colour differential dyes.

EFFECT: invention enables differential colouring of all blood corpuscles, including platelets.
