FIELD: veterinary science.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary science and medicine and can be used in non-invasive examination of animal blood using ultrasonic waves. Method for thrombocyte staining after ultrasonic exposure involves treatment of blood samples to ultrasound for 30 to 45 s with intensity 0.4 W/cm2, frequency 880 kHz, ultrasonic travelling wave continuous mode, followed by blood smear preparation and colouring with differential dyes.
EFFECT: invention enables uniform deep differential colouring of all blood corpuscles, including platelets.
