FIELD: production of mechanical energy of rotation by comprehensive use of temperature difference of sea water at its different levels and gravitational interaction without spending fuel resources. SUBSTANCE: heat-sensing elements are uniformly arranged over circumference of partially immersed rotor 2 and linked with weight 4 in the form of solid ring for its radial displacement with ambient temperature variations provided by organizing heating and cooling zones in top and bottom parts of rotor; first zone is ambient air and second one is formed by chute 6 communicating with top part of piping 5 that lifts up cold water from deep layers like over communicating vessel. Rotor has blades 7 for forcing water over chute 6 from top part of piping. Rotor is set in motion due to moments of gravity force F built up by weights at different distances P2 and P1 of side parts of ring from axis O depending on heating and cooling of heat-sensing elements. EFFECT: fuel saving. 5 cl, 4 dwg
