FIELD: repair of sewer pipe. SUBSTANCE: device uses a metal reinforcement with an external cylindrical surface, and a sealed torus-shaped rubberized cord shell provided with a nipple installed on the external cylindrical surface and made in the form of two cylinders located one inside the other in a spaced relation; the edges of the cylinders are connected by torus-shaped parts forming the side walls. One of the shell walls is provided with a flange, having a metal ring, whose inside diameter is smaller than the inside diameter of the middle part of the rubberized cord shell. One of the edges of the metal reinforcement cylindrical surface has a shoulder that is engageable with the flange side surface. The metal reinforcement has an additional cylindrical surface adjoining the shoulder that carries the flange of the rubberized cord shell. The external surface of the rubberized cord shell cylindrical part is provided with annual bosses.
