FIELD: pipeline engineering.
SUBSTANCE: rubber-cord shell comprises pressure-tight flexible cylindrical chamber with faces. One of the faces is provided with the branch pipe that is arranged along the axis of the chamber and goes into the ring disk inside the chamber. The disk is made of rubber material reinforced by cord threads. The pressure-tight cylindrical chamber is housed in the load-carrying frame that comprises cylindrical shell and the faces of the load-carrying frame connected with the shell to define lap joint with the faces of the chamber. The faces of the frame are made of the end sections of radially directed and partially overlapped along the axis of the chambers. The load-carrying frame is provided with the rubber coating layer. The load-carrying frame is multi-layer. The laps in the layers of the load-carrying frame reinforcing the cylindrical and faces sections of the cylindrical chamber are shifted one to the other in the axial direction and radial direction in the cylindrical and face section, respectively. The lap ranges from 30 mm to 250 mm. The ends bent along the axis of the chamber are arranged on the inner surface.
