FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing a living organism to laser radiation or alternating magnetic field. The alternating magnetic field is invoked by moving at least one magnetized member made of magnetically hard material. The members are manufactured in particular, from permanent rare-earth magnets. The members are moved in parallel or in perpendicular to the living organism surface changing velocity according to a predefined law. Infrared or visible laser radiation is supplied by means of an optical light conductor. EFFECT: provided exposure of a living organism to alternating magnetic fields of large amplitude; enhanced effectiveness in treating a wide variety of different kinds of illnesses and diseases. 19 cl, 1 dwg
