Abstract RU 2032967 C1

FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: magneto-mechanical converter has magnetic system with source of magnetic field and core made of magnetostrictive material. Source of magnetic field is manufactured in the form of permanent magnet. Core and magnetic system are mounted for relative rotation. Control over magneto-mechanical converter is conducted by change of magnetic flux in core with rotation of magnetic system. In this case direction of magnetic field in core changes from longitudinal relative to mechanical axis of core to lateral relative to same axis. Consumed power corresponds to power of motor providing turn or continuous rotation of magnetic system in proposed design in process of realization of claimed method of control over change of coordinate of pusher. When maintaining coordinate of pusher in specified position (under mode of positioner) system does not consume power from external power source, i.e. it does not require any additional energy. Invention considers various design versions of both magneto-mechanical converter proper and of its magnetic system intended for corresponding control systems. Besides there is provided version of manufacture of core enabling range of linear movement of pusher to be increased twofold without increase of length of core and of magnetostrictive properties of material.
