The nozzle is made of soluble polarized metal members coated with film resulting from electrolysis. Treatment is performed at electric potential gradient equal to according to formula where d is an average size of members composing the nozzle, U is the voltage drop equal to 4-30 V. The equipment used has a housing with electrodes inside distanced from each other at l determined under formula , where V is voltage between the neighboring electrodes, d is an average size of members composing the nozzle, U the voltage drop at the members of the nozzle equal to 4-30 V.
