SUBSTANCE: product: derivative of 1,2,4-triazole of the formula (I) where R^°, R¹ and R²-, are similar or different, hydrogen or lower alkyl group; A a group of the formula (II) where X chemical bond or a group of the formula (III) where X¹ chemical bond or C₁-C₅-alkylene group which can contain sulfur atom; R⁵ and R⁶ are similar or different, hydrogen or lower alkyl group; R³ aromatic heterocycle in which heteroatom is nitrogen, sulfur or oxygen atom and which can be substituted with lower alkyl (unsubstituted or fluorine-substituted), C₃-cycloalkyl, amini, lower alkylmercapto-group or oxo-group; n 0, 1 or 2; or A a group of the formula S-R⁴ where R⁴ as indicated above, R^o or R¹ lower alkyl-group. Reagent 1: compound of the formula IV where R^°, R¹ and R² as indicated above. Reagent 2: HS-X-R³ where X and R³ as indicated above.
