FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: cold plasma flux is used for additional bombarding surfaces of titanium, zirconium, and titanium and zirconium alloys by introducing elements with flux power sufficient to realize structural transforming in irradiated material, including boundary moving and secondary phase generation.
