Abstract RU 2039319 C1

FIELD: simulating combustion of solid fuel. SUBSTANCE: combustion apparatus has gas injecting burner with fire openings in the plane of its outlet section. The burner is arranged along the axis of the combustion chamber provided with openings 11 for supplying the secondary air at its inlet part and having radiating nozzle 7 at its outlet part. Burner 3 immediately underlies nozzle 7. Openings 11 for supplying the secondary air to combustion chamber 5 are made below the level of the fire openings of burner 3. Nozzle 7 is made up as a ceramic unit having members for simulating solid fuel, spread over its surface, and openings 13 through which the flame and burning gas can flow and mix with air above nozzle 7 to contribute to complete burning out outside of combustion chamber 5.
