FIELD: powder metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method of manufacturing abradable material for sealing radial gaps of gas turbines includes mixing components, granulating on a binder, nickel plating till receiving granules of 0,25-0,8 mm filling up cellular nucleus with further sintering in vacuum or protecting agent. Granules are composed of (mass per cent) chrome 1,5-4,5, iron 0,01-0,1, nickel the rest. Method permits to receive material of abradability 3,4-4,5 times higher and erosion resistance 30-40 per cent higher than outstanding material. EFFECT: enhanced quality. 1 tbl
